Install the Aarogya Setu app

Install the app before you reach the airport. Your health declaration will be further validated by airport authorities through this app at the time of entering the airport. Passengers with ‘red’ status will not be allowed to travel. The Aarogya Setu app is not mandatory for children below the age of 14 years.

Boarding pass and baggage tag

To enable a contactless travel journey, you are requested to obtain your boarding pass and baggage tag (for check-in baggage only) 48 hours to 60 minutes before the flight departure time. Please carry a printed or soft copy of the same. Doing so would minimise contact at the airport. Print Now

Travel light

Check-in Baggage: 15kg per person (1 piece only) effective Oct 1st, 2020. For Double or MultiSeats bookings, extra 10 kg. Additional charges may apply for excess baggage. Hand Baggage: One hand bag up to 7 kgs and 115 cms (L+W+H), shall be allowed per customer. For contactless travel we recommend to place it under the seat in front, on board.

Reach early

Please reach at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Our counters will now close 1 hour before your flight time. Due to the various steps being taken at the airport for your well-being, the pre-flight journey may take longer than usual. So, to ensure a timely flow, reach early.

Face mask and gloves

It is mandatory for all passengers to wear a face mask to enter the airport and continue wearing it at all times. Also, you are advised to wear gloves and carry a bottle of hand sanitiser (350ml). It is the best way to protect one self. And while you’re at it, don’t touch your face.

At the airport

Practice social distancing at all times. Use airport restrooms and make sure to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. Please scan your boarding pass yourself at the boarding gate. And ensure you keep your identity card handy at all times.

Inside the aircraft

We would urge you to stay seated and not move around the aircraft. Face-to-face interaction has to be minimal. You are advised to minimise the use of lavatories and avoid any non-essential movement in the aircraft. Especially when the flight lands, don’t crowd in the aisles. Wait at your seat till it’s your turn to disembark.
